New Jersey Seeks Offshore Wind Business
New Jersey officials believe that the state is poised to build on the momentum of AWEA’s North American Offshore Wind Conference and become a leader in the offshore wind industry, the Press of Atlantic City reported today.
According to the report, four proposed projects have the potential to deliver 1,100 megawatts of offshore wind capacity.
Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno told conference attendees that “”New Jersey has the best overall climate to develop your business here. We have the political will to get you here on time and under budget.” Read more…
