BRYAN MARTIN

Chairman of the Board

Managing Director of D. E. Shaw & Co., L.P. and co-head of the D. E. Shaw group’s U.S. growth and buyout private equity unit. Formerly a partner at J.P. Morgan Partners, LLC. Mr. Martin currently serves or has served on the boards of First Wind Holdings Inc (past), Carrizo Oil & Gas, Inc. (past), General Maritime (past), Franklin Holdings (Bermuda), Ltd. (current), Seawolf Drilling (past), Aspen Marketing Services (current) and Snikiddy LLC (current).

CURT FUTCH

Mr. Futch is the Managing Partner of Jupiter Peak Capital. Prior to founding the firm in 2015, he served as Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager of Crestline Investors and was responsible for co-managing Crestline’s Opportunistic Strategies Group.  Mr. Futch joined Crestline in 2006.  Before Crestline, Mr. Futch was a member of the Credit Group at Q Investments, where he focused primarily on private transactions. He also served as a Vice President with the BNP Paribas Merchant Banking Group which is a provider of capital for leverage buyouts, strategic acquisitions, leveraged buildups and recapitalizations. Additionally, Mr. Futch was Vice President of Thomas Weisel Capital Partners, a private equity fund focused on buyouts, buildups and late stage growth investments.  He began his career in San Francisco, working in investment banking at BancAmerica Securities and Montgomery Securities. Mr. Futch graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. from Vanderbilt University.

DAVID HANG

Senior Vice President of D. E. Shaw & Co., L.P. and a member of the D. E. Shaw group’s U.S. growth and buyout private equity unit. Before joining D. E. Shaw & Co., L.P., Mr. Hang was a principal at J.P. Morgan Partners, LLC. Mr. Hang has served on the boards of Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services, Inc. and Vetco International Ltd and currently serves on the board of the Dorado Beach Resort.

STEVE KEY

Founder of Key Consulting, LLC; Former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Textron Inc.; former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ConAgra, Inc.; former Managing Partner of the New York Office of Ernst & Young. Mr. Key presently serves on the Board of Directors of Greenhill & Co., Inc. (NYSE) and Fairway Group Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ; director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Culligan International Co.; Board of Managers of S&P Ingredient Development, LLC. Mr. Key is also a member of the Advisory Boards of J.D. Watkins Enterprises, Inc.; Sterling Investment Partners L.P.; MTN Capital Partners LLC; Reverence Capital Partners; Steward Partners. Mr. Key also serves on the Board of Governors of the Museum of Art, Rhode Island School of Design, is a member of their Executive Committee, and Chairs their Finance Committee.

BRIAN REDMOND

Co-Founder of Paragon Energy Holdings LLC; former President of Houston Pipe Line Company and President of Louisiana Resource Company; Managing Director of Enron; and Executive Director of UBS.  Mr. Redmond currently serves on the Board of the Virginia Offshore Wind Development Authority and the Board of Managers of Nobel Environmental Power; he previously served on the Board of Directors of Primary Energy Recycling Corporation (TSX:PRI).

ED STERN

Ed Stern is President and CEO of PowerBridge, the leading developer of non-utility, privately financed, electric transmission systems in the U.S. Ed has nearly 30 years of experience leading the successful development, financing, construction, operation and ownership of major energy and infrastructure projects.  Under Ed’s guidance, PowerBridge developed and built the Neptune Regional Transmission System, completed in 2007, and the Hudson Transmission Project, completed in 2013. Ed currently serves on the boards of Rentech, Inc. (NASDAQ: RTK), a manufacturer of fertilizer and biomass products; CAN Capital, Inc., a financial services company; and, the advisory board of Starwood Energy Group Global, LLC, a private equity firm specializing in energy and infrastructure investments.
